Slow download rate on Oracle Content Management (OCM)

Summary:

we have an issue in the download speed on Oracle Content Management that shows only 200KB/sec where our internet connection sits at 100mbps and in other file transfer platforms it is reaching 3+ MB/sec. some of the experts are mentioning that the issue is from the Akamai that sits on top of OCM. Need your expert view on this please.
