How do we restrict Planned Order Release based on Supply Plan

Hi There,

We have a requirement in which business wants to restrict planned order release based at Plan level.

For Example, We have 2 Supply Plan

Supply Plan 1 created for releasing the planned orders

Supply Plan 2 created by user privately and should not be allowed to release the Planned Orders

Please suggest how can we achieve planned order release restriction based on Plan level.
