Reedwood(Req Summary) Can I make Project Field Required when I select specific value in a dff

Summary: In the Requisition Summary Field we have a DFF with 2 values (Capital and Expense).

We want to make the project field required when the Requester select Capital in the Requisition Summary DFF.

Can we do that?
