How to tie a job grade rate to a job family

I am trying to set up job grades, job rates and job families. With the data provided by HR, there are multiple grades with the same name, but they are associated with different families. Each one has a different min and max salary. For example, we have a grade of P1. P1 is associated with various job families. Each family has a different minimum and maximum range.
