IDR Status continues to be in Not Active status
Summary:
I am trying to set the status of the IDR to Active. The status in the Manage Intelligent Document Recognition continues to be 'Not Active'. I can see the unique e mail ID that has been sent by Oracle. Even after clicking the Activate and close button the IDR status is not active. This is the first time that we have enabled IDR in our tets instance. What am I missing here? Can someone help
