Getting Error while clicking on Supplier Portal acknowledgment infolet

I am getting error the below error while clicking on the infolet. Any idea what the issue could be. I was able to acknowledge from manage orders screen.

You can't view this change order because it was either deleted, canceled, or processed. (PO-2055363)
