Recruiting Booster Resume Parsing, CCPA Compliance

Summary:

The Resume Parsing tool that comes with the ORC Recruiting Booster package is RChilli. RChlli, by their own admission, is not CCPA compliant (California Consumer Privacy Act).

As a California-based organization, this prohibits us from using it.

Does Oracle have any plans for its California customers to either offer a different resume parsing tool, that is CCPA-compliant (for example Textkernel), as part of the Recruiting Booster package? Or, work with RChilli to make sure they become CCPA-compliant in the near future?
