Opportunity Assessments with Multiple Question Groups Not Displaying All Questions

Summary:

We are testing an opportunity assessment with 20 questions and multiple field groups. When filling out the assessment, only 17 out of 20 of the questions are visible within the UI

I noticed that this was an issue identified in 24B, according to MOS Doc ID 3038383.1 Has there still not been a fix yet in the past several months?

The workaround provided in the MOS doc will not work for us, as we would like to generate reporting on the responses by question group, and this would not be possible if we create all questions under one question group as suggested in the document.
