Next Generation Supplier Registration (NGSR) - How to use Design/Live/Preview in VBS

Summary:

I am attempting to make an Extension for the NGSR pages. However, I cannot figure out how to get the pages to load in the VBS Editor in the Design or Live modes, and also the Preview. These pages require an email code verification process. Is there a way to disable the verification process during development to allow the pages to render?

When I start on the register-supplier-verification page, that loads in Live mode, so I followed the verification process. I receive the code in my email and paste it in, but when it tries to redirect me to the start page, all it says is "Continue your session?" and then fails (see screenshot below).
