How to find out the component ID for Person Management Page

In order to trigger the autocomplete rules in person management page, i need to find out the component ID of probation period in person management for "partial triggers". Therefore, I tried to find the component ID from "View Configuration Report" (Change Assignment —> Assignment —> "pbuSel" and "pphLbl" ). However, the component ID is incorrect and I can not trigger the partial refresh.
I have used the inspector to find out the id of the input box, but I am not confirm what the component ID is. The result is as below:
