Can we deduct the Medical Premium in 12 pay periods instead of 24 in Oracle Fusion Benefit?

Summary: We have requirement where client want medical premium to be deducted in 12 pay periods instead of 24. We are not using Oracle Fusion Payroll. So, just want to check if anyone has came across any such a scenario.
