Import AutoInvoice is stuck in Running state for more than 17 hours for Contract Invoices

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have approximately 540k Contract Invoices in the Interface table. The Import AutoInvoice process was initiated 17 hours ago and is still running. There are no errors logged in the ra_interface_errors_all table, and no records have been created in the ra_customer_trx_all table. Since a request ID has been assigned to all 540k records, attempting to process a smaller subset (in parallel to already running one for 540k) from these records does not pick up any data. We have already raised SR with Oracle. Posting it here as well to check for alternate resolution.
