How to enable proration based on fixed number of days for a month?

Summary:

We have requirement to give prorated credit based on fixed number of days for a month, when we close the subscription using "Prorate with Credit" option

Ex: If a subscription starts on 01/01/2024 and ends on 31/12/2024, If subscription closed on 13/02/2024 with Close Credit Method as "Prorate with Credit" it should honor prorated credit for 18 days (30-13+1) instead of prorated credit for 17 days (29-13+1). It seems Period Type : Fixed vs Actual is not applicable for prorated credit resulting from subscription termination.
