Issue with Taxes on Payables invoice creation via REST API

Summary: Oracle Payables integrated with Vertex tax engine. Tried to execute the following REST API but don't see the tax during the validation process. Let me know if i am missing any elements in the REST API.

Also Tried "CalculateTAX" API after the invoice got created. " Below is the result but still don't see any taxes.

    "result": "The current action Calculate Tax has completed successfully."
