The Available Credit Limit For A Customer

Hi,

We wanted to check the the A XXXX customer available credit Limit, based on doc: How To Query The Available Credit Limit For A Customer (Doc ID 2345414.1)

we are querying ar_total_balance_view, but we are not getting any of the data.

Can you please help me how to get the customer available credit limit and how the available credit limit is arriving.

Note: We are maintaining the credit limit at Customer Party profile.
