How can I put back the standard template for CmpBudgetFYIReport notification ?

I would like to enabled the standard template for CmpBudgetFYIReport notification, but the pb is that I don't see it anymore in the Notification folder (not the customize folder). Is it possible to find the original template somewhere else ?

When I click on Edit, I don't see the original template (the standard that Oracle suggests) :

How can I restore the original template ?
