Differential Elements should have paid on PTO Sell back hours

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Hello, our organization recently set up some differential elements. The elements are functioning correctly; however, at PTO sell back time employees didn't earn their differential on the buy back hours.

Is there something I am missing in configuration to enable this?
