Validation of assignment DFF based on Driver's License details
Summary: Validation rule that ensures that the Driver's License section is mandatory to fill in when the Driver Field(Assignment DFF) is selected as Yes and details are not added in Driver's License (Issuing Country field). If details are added already in Driver's License section (Issuing Country field), do not give an error message.
