Hello Comp Experts,
Currently as we gear up for another comp session I’m working with a client with a large number of employees in India and struggling to find the best solution for how to ensure that Oracle is the source of truth for salary given the complex pay structure. Below are some questions to help me access what others are doing:

Do you use a Salary Basis with Simple Components? If so, do you define the buckets to represent how they reflected on their pay stub (even if paid by a third-party provider).
