Manual Purchase Requisitions for consignment items having consignment agreement in Redwood UI

Summary: We see that by 25 A, the Classic UI will be retired and we are supposed to use Redwood UI only. However not until 25B or later, the Redwood would support Manual PR's creation for consignment items having consignment agreements.

Does this mean that after 25A and until 25B or C, users cannot raise any Manual PR for consignment items in Redwood UI?

Will the Classical UI be available after 25A and until Redwood UI supports creation of PR for Consignment item?
