How to Add Description for Severity Levels in HR Help Desk

Hi Everyone,

I have added descriptions for severity levels under Service Request Severities in the HR Help Desk module of Oracle HCM Cloud. However, these descriptions are not reflecting in the user interface when viewing or creating service requests.

Could you please advise if there are additional steps or configurations required to display these descriptions in the UI? If not, is this a known limitation or a potential issue with my setup?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
