We were planning to implement the functionality through Auto Complete where users should receive a warning message in case Gender or Date of Birth filed kept blank while adding/updating contact details either through "Family and Emergency Contact" page or through Benefits module.
This warning message are specific to countries GB,PL and only when the selected relationship types are spouse/child/domestic partner. Additionally, we would like to make Gender and BOD field monetary when selected relation type is Parent.
