How to restrict WFComp access delegation via Manager role

Currently, as per default functionality, when we delegate manager role to anyone, all the "My team" access is delegated but I want to restrict delegation of workforce compensation tool which is visible to managers under "My Team" tab. Only the actual manager should see this and someone who got the Manager role via delegation should not see the same. Rest all access can be delegated. Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks.
