Can we increase the LOV of predefined Email Templates under Manage Email Templates?

Hi

We are seeking to expand the selection of predefined templates available under the "Manage Email Templates" task. Currently, only a limited number of email templates are visible. Is it possible to increase this list of values (LOV)? Additionally, if we have an active email template that is already created and in use, can it be included in this list?
