Charge account and budget date not updated from Excel VBCS template for Purchase Requisitions

Hi Everyone,
We are using the latest 22A template attached in the below post to create requisition lines using Excel VBCS. However, the charge account and budget date doesn't update for the added line. Whenever we try to create distributions for the added lines by going to Perform Actions > Create Distributions, we get a success message however the field for Budget date and Charge Account doesn't get updated. We verified this by redownloading the requisition to the template and also by going and checking the requisition in Oracle Application?
Are we missing any steps? We are following the step-by-step instructions mentioned in this document that was shared in the below post.
