We have imported requisitions via FBDI Import (through OIC integration). We can view these requisitions but could not cancel, withdraw. However, feature details says that we can manage such requisitions.

button to withdraw, edit and cancel grayed out. Generally for pending approval requisitions, we would need to withdraw before editing. please advise if I am missing any step here in performing this feature testing.
