W need to prevent suppliers from seeing other supplier quotations after close and unseal

Summary:

W need to prevent buyer from seeing the supplier quotations when use Unsealed RFQ and after close & unseal the suppliers receive the quotations of all suppliers participate in the tender so how to prevent system to share results after close and unseal.

Note : If we use Blind RFQ the buyer can see the Quotes shared by suppliers so we should use sealed RFQ as we don't want buyer to see quotes
