Is there any API to print a Purcahse Order?

We have a requirement where PO data would be fetched by external system from Oracle and on their end, they'd like to print it. Once they hit print on their side on a particular PO, it should come to Oracle and print it on a specific printer. Is there any API available to print a PO? Any other options? Thanks!
