Hi Expert,

During creating a SR for my previous inquiry (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/826671/stage-environment-is-running-super-slow-after-data-dumped-from-production), the steps direct me to read the "Oracle Applications - Environment Usage Evaluation" first.
But then, when I click on the attachments in the KB27113 article, I got the returned message of "Forbidden resource". I checked that my session in support portal is still alive (since I am in the middle of creating a SR).
