Unable to query receipt number in Inspection goods (Mobile) immediately after receiving

We trying to implement Mobile Inventory services. We have observed that after we perform the receiving transaction (from Receipt goods (mobile)) and navigate to Inspection Goods (Mobile) to query the receipt number for inspection immediately, we are unable to query it. After a while we are able to query that receipt number.

Same thing happens even while querying with receipt number to create a put away.

We have scheduled the "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with parameters fa-scm-rcv-transactions, fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts to run every minute. Is this common to have this lag or are we missing something?
