Products created in Sales and not available in Work Order

Hello,

We've created 2 Products in Sales > Products with option Eligible for Service. But when we navigate to Service Request and try to add these products in Parts or Work Orders, we're unable to see these products. However, they're visible in PIM (Product Information management).

How do we tackle this ? Any schedule process or configuration we're missing on ?
