The load balancer has mysteriously disappeared

in OCI - General

Summary:

I did have Load Balancer on my always free tenancy and now it's mysterious gone.

I can't even use the load balancer or remove it to create a new one.

It seems Load Balancer just disappeared .

I'm 100% sure that I didn't terminate it. Also it's strange that I can't create new one, as service limit is full.

When checking service limits it says I have one Load Balancer. 

I have try also tenancy explorer and can't find any Load Balancer from my tenancy root or compartments
