PR are not consider as Supplies in Project

Summary:

Hi

Here is the following scenario i have a sales order 1 quantity - against that planned order are generated to Procure for 82 qty, But already Manually a PR is Created for the same item with pending approval status

Here the question is why the Current PR not considers as Supplies to the demand PR are created in Same Project and Task

I need to consider all supplies to existing demand - How to achieve this
