Migration of Customer Profile

We have an issue with some customers, migrated from another system.

When we try to view a customer profile (NAVIGATION—> Customers—> Account —> Profile History

I can't display the customer profile, every time I reach this page, only for some customers, the page is freezed and I cant' do anything.

I also can't insert a correct profile for the customers that have this problem.

How can I solve the problem? It's a problem of data migration (we have imported customers and profile with FBDI template)?

Does exists any workaround?
