How to Implement a Process for Collecting and Approving/Rejecting Development Action Proposals

Hello team,

I’m working on defining a process to enable managers to propose development actions for their team members and then have these proposals reviewed and approved or rejected by HR within Oracle HCM.

The process we aim to establish includes the following steps:

  1. Managers submit development action proposals for their team members (e.g., training courses, mentoring).
  2. HR reviews these proposals to assess alignment with organizational goals, feasibility, and employee development needs.
  3. HR provides a decision (approval or rejection).
  4. The decision is communicated back to the manager.
  5. All proposals and decisions are logged for reporting and tracking purposes.

Howdy, Stranger!
