Compensation Worksheet: Column specific condition that makes editable/non editable

Hello,

We want to set a condition on a specific column that makes it Editable/non-Editable based on if employee has a specific amount in a custom field.

Condition : IF an employee has any value greater than 0 in "column x" → Then "olumn y" can NOT be editable & "Column z" can be editable by Manager.

Else : If an employee has any no value "column x" → Then "column y" can be editable & "column z" can be editable by Manager.

Thanks

Berna
