With elements that are recurring that get processed over a time period, lets say 6 months for a Stipend. When the element is drawing near to reach its end goal and has roughly two biweekly pay periods left of processing (around 30 days), is there a way to send some sort of notification out to the employees Manager, that the employees stipend is getting close to its End Date.
