Modify unit price in RSSP when a requisition is linked to a PO

Summary:

We have a requirement for one of our customers in the health sector. Even if a requisition is linked to a PO, the requestor must still change unit price of the requisition. And this change may notify the buyer as it is in EBS.

Clients requirement is to have requester also edit the requisition when he is not the preparer

So my question is that even if a requisition is linked to a PO, can the requestor change unit price on the requisition?

We can edit the requisition in this case but not the unit price, as far as I see.
