Unable to see Supplier Qualification DFF in Supplier Profile

Summary:

I have added a new DFF under Manage Supplier Qualification Descriptive Flexfields ad depployed it, but when I go to the Supplier Profile > Qualifications Tab there is no DFF

I have also tried enabling this via Sandbox, but there is no 'Additional Information' section on the Qualifications Tab
