How to update Undershipment Tolerance and Overshipment Tolerance on Open Sales Order

Hello Experts

With Initial go live, we configured OM Parameter with Undershipment Tolerance and Overshipment Tolerance. There are Sales Order lines Created in System and Open for Shipment.

Now we are realizing that this is not working for the customer as we thought initially.

Please suggest how we can update Undershipment Tolerance and Overshipment Tolerance on Open Sales Order Line without canceling and without entering a new line.
