Has anyone noticed random member highlighting appearing in reports in Narrative Reporting?

Summary:

In Narrative Reporting, we've noticed random highlighting appearing in the member rows. There have been no changes to these reports to cause this highlighting to appear. The highlighting is sometimes an extremely dark blue and other times a dark yellow. We've opened an SR on this subject with Oracle but have yet to receive a response.

The highlighting for the most part only appears in the member rows. It's only present when viewing the report in HTML, PDF/Excel is unaffected. As far as troubleshooting steps, we've viewed the issue in both Prod and Test environments; we've made copies of reports and removed all formatting and the issue persists; we've also confirmed that there is no conditional formatting or anything like that present to cause this issue; also confirmed that the issue does not appear when pulling the report in smart view.
