Is it possible to manually change purchase order status?

Hi Experts,

May I ask if it's possible to let Buyer manually change the purchase order status from Open to "Closed for Receipt"?

We have Buyers asking whether under the condition of Received quantity is lesser than Order quantity, but the Buyer has confirmed they have completed handling with this PO. Is there a way that a Buyer can change the PO status manually?
