I need to get the dynamic calculations and definitions of each column.

Can you please provide a SQL or at least the list of tables needed to retrieve this information?

I know CMP_CALC_DEFINITIONS and CMP_CALC_EXPRESSIONS but I'm unable able to map it to the plan columns.
