Relationship setup of two FCL in Bulk

Hi,

We are looking to setup relationship(dependent values) between two Fixed Choice List fields. That can be done manually by going into App Composer. But as we are looking to setup this relationship for 100s of LOVs , so manually doing this task can be tedious. By any chance this can be done in bulk using import?
