Obfuscating candidate display name
Summary:
We are trying to obfuscate all candidate information (matching our retention policy following UK guidelines) and we're coming across a problem with the Candidate Display name field - The Display Name is a combination of the Known As, Prefix, and Name Information 15 fields. The Removal Personal Information job updates the Known As and Prefix fields to blank. However, the Name Information 15 field is not supported in HDL, preventing updates to this field.
Is there any other way to obfuscate Display name?
