How to show Payroll Team entire checking Account

Summary:

Currently the permission to view Checking account is all or none (from what we know) - How can we give access to the payroll team to view the entire checking account bumber?

We have some accounts that are 14 digits long but can only see the last 4 (which if numbers are similar in the first string of numbers they would not be able to see it.)
