For our business's active Workforce Compensation Plans, we intend to utilize existing data columns, such as the Absence History column, to gather Leave of Absence (LOA) information for eligible employees within each Compensation Plan.

The key functionality supported by Oracle is as follows: By using the Absence History column, along with other delivered and custom columns, we plan to identify the type and duration of leave taken by employees. This will help line managers and Compensation Managers recognize the subgroup of eligible employees who are currently on LOA.
