Current Employees receiving Preboarding Journey when adding second work relationship
Summary:
We are experiencing an issue where existing employees are receiving the Preboarding journey in error when hired into a second role that creates an additional work relationship. We are using Add Employee Work Relationship as the action since they are being hired under a different legal entity, but we also use this action for contingent worker conversions processed through ORC. The latter scenario does require a preboarding journey since they are being hired as employee for the first time.
Recruiters are not currently populating action reasons so we can't limit the Action/Action Reason combination on the Actions & Events tab. We also tried changing the Assignment to Use field on the Eligibility Profile at the journey level to "Primary employee assignment only - enterprise", but the journey still triggered (assuming since the new assignment is the primary assignment under the new work relationship).
