New 403b Payroll element error: CIR_COMP (PAY-1636001)
We've created a new 403b element but we're receiving this error when trying to enroll an employee:
"The creator type of a deduction information repository entry must be CIR_COMP. (PAY-1636001)
Element UW 403b New is a deduction information repository element. An entry created for this element must be identified as a CIR_COMP (deduction information repository component) entry."
In Benefits Administration, we've created the Plan and added it to a Program. This is the path we've followed to try and enroll an employee:
Benefits Administration > Enrollment > Benefit Relationship = UNRST University of Wyoming > Add > Add Unrestricted Enrollment > Enroll
Any ideas how to fix this?
