Shipping Cost Missing in Sales Order

The goal of this ask, is to understand why the Sales Order is not calculating the Shipping Cost, once it is define the item line and the shipping method.

SETUPS
I have defined a Shipping Charge list

Define two flat fee. One for one Shipment Method, and the other for other Shipment Method

Include it in the Pricing Strategy

Create Sales Order expecting to have 50Eu for freight(Shipping) if I defined at line level the Shipment Method: Expeditors-truckload-Truck

The order is applying for the Strategy and Price List.

Is there something missing?
